Just fabulous! Im so into feathers just now Im stitching one on my jeans......to cover an olive oil stain that wont wash out! I normally embroider weeny hearts or daisy flowers but its feathers this year tx to Jude lol I used to stitch on floral patches when I was younger, but they dont look so good on a 60ish biddy , well not on this one!
Great idea, Lyn--now you do realize you may have started something, don't you? I want to do a feather over a stain (or hole) now. I want to mess up a piece of clothing now just so I can "save" it with a feather like you. What has the world come to?
Jeannie, Nancy, Marie, and Nat--I really didn't realize what the rainbow circles could all convey until I saw your comments! Thank you so much. I'll have to look anew at it before it goes out in the mail tomorrow.
turned out great and love it with the shadows.

Any flicker would be proud to wear your feather. I love the circles around it. A flight path? Wishing you a beautiful day.
ReplyDeleteIt's wonderful! The feather as a drum mallet! Priceless :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely feather Peggy!
